Riordan Manufacturing is experiencing many problems within its organization that is causing an attrition of personnel. The organization seems to be faltering with the loss of employees, the lack of a structured mentoring system to bring leadership up through the rank of the internal departments, and conflicting views from the leadership team as to primary issues.
