Gap Analysis: Riordan Manufacturing
Riordan Manufacturing is experiencing many problems within its organization that is causing an attrition of personnel. The organization seems to be faltering with the loss of employees, the lack of a structured mentoring system to bring leadership up through the rank of the internal departments, and conflicting views from the leadership team as to primary issues.
The organization hired a Human Capital Consulting Firm to identify the problems and place them in an order of urgency so it could address them as the financial funding would allow.
